타 지역과 비교하면 다르겠지만 천안의 기존 호텔보다 깨끗하고 전문화된 느낌이 좋았습니다.

굳이 찾는다면 여유로움이나 편안함에서 느낄 수 있는 미소와 고객 우선의 느낌이 없었던점 서비스를 받는다는 느낌이 새로오픈한 호텔임에 불구하고 약간 적었다는 생각입니다.

룸 컨디션 좋음 단체 손님이 숙박해 소음을 우려했지만 방음이 잘 돼서 숙면함 불만 제시에 만족스러운 결과는 아니지만 빠르고 친절한 대응

프롬트 여직원의 로봇같은 기계적인 응대 폭염에도 마트보다 시원하지 않는 에어컨 조식 평범한데 양이 적은지 빈 접시 많이 보임
